TECHNOMELT 3996 is a hot melt adhesive featuring high bonding strength, good wettability, excellent heat resistance and medium open time. It is suitable for sponge-to-sponge lamination on sofas and mattresses, as well as bonding sponge to particle board and medium-density fiberboard.

Recommended Operating Conditions

Nozzle application system is recommended. Operating temperature: 160–180°C.

Storage

Store in dry, cool environment within 5–40°C. Shelf life: 2 years.

Precautions

Do not mix with other adhesives.

Personal protective equipment must be worn as heating is required during application.

Adopt "first-in, first-out" stock rotation principle.
